The Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Product Expert to join our team. This role is ideal for a recent graduate in marketing, commerce, or the health industry (i.e. nutritionist), or for an organised and engaged Admin Assistant looking to take the next step in their career.

As a Junior Product Expert, you will play a key role in building strong relationships with new and existing brands, ensuring compliance, and helping us bring innovative products to market.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify new and emerging brands across health & wellness, medical cannabis, nightlife, and culture.
• Onboard new brands, ensuring smooth setup and alignment with On-Schedule systems and standards.
• Understand product offerings and communicate value clearly to internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage social media platforms to build brand presence and engage audiences.
• Communicate with clients, providing professional support and timely updates.
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure all products meet regulatory requirements.

About You

• A recent graduate in marketing, commerce, or health-related studies, OR an experienced Admin Assistant ready for career progression.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Passion for health & wellness, with curiosity about related sectors such as cannabis, nightlife, and culture.
• Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel interstate and potentially overseas.
